Experience about the industry. The visit was organized by the Department of Computer Science and the IndustryInstitute Interaction Cell of our college under the guidance of our group director Dr. Prashant Sharma.Fusion and Arcgate are well-known IT companies in the city. They offer a wide range of services, including software development, cloud computing, and IT consulting. The companies have a diverse clientele, including large enterprises and small businesses.The purpose of the visit was to provide the students with an opportunity to understand the real-world applications of their theoretical knowledge. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between academia and industry and to help the students to gain practical insights into the industry.The visit started with a brief introduction to the companies and their services by the HR manager. The students were then taken on a tour of the office and were shown various departments such as development, testing, and support. The students were introduced to the employees, who shared their experiences and gave valuable insights into the industry.The visit to Fusion and Arcgate IT companies was an enriching experience for the students. It provided them with valuable insights into the industry and helped them to bridge the gap between academia and industry. The visit also helped the students to understand the importance of practical knowledge in the IT industry.
